Ordering From Outside the UK

1. Browse the store and add items to your cart. Your cart must total at least £200 before shipping.
2. Proceed to checkout. A flat £20 shipping fee will be applied to your order automatically.
3. Enter your delivery address with a valid email address and phone number. Both are essential for international orders. We use them to keep you updated and to send your tracking via WhatsApp.
4. Complete your order via WhatsApp as per the standard checkout process. You'll receive payment details for cryptocurrency payment.
5. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched. Tracking will be available via WhatsApp 1 week after your order. Any import duties owed are payable by you.

Due to the nature of the products, and to ensure the highest success rate for international shipments, orders may take 7-12 working days to arrive. Please be aware this is an estimate only, not a guarantee.

Your shipment will pass through multiple jurisdictions during transit. Tracking will be available via WhatsApp 1 week after your order. Any import duties or customs charges owed are payable by you.

Any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by your country are payable by the customer. They are not included in the product price or the £20 delivery fee.

We take great care with international packaging and shipping methods to maximise successful delivery.

Due to the nature of international shipping, a small percentage of parcels do not reach their destination. To keep things straightforward, we do not offer cash refunds on international orders.

Instead, we offer one additional reship at 50% of your original order cost. This covers our cost of repackaging, restocking, and re-dispatching your order using the same care and discretion as your original shipment. This reship offer is limited to one per order.

All reship requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at our sole discretion. We will check tracking history, delivery confirmation, and the wider circumstances of the claim before any reship is approved. This protects genuine customers and ensures the policy isn't abused.
