How It Works
- You place your order at checkout. This sends your order to us via WhatsApp.
- We reply with your payment options (bank transfer details or crypto wallet address).
- You make the payment using your banking app or crypto wallet.
- Take a screenshot of the completed payment and send it to us in the same WhatsApp chat.
- We confirm your payment and your order goes straight to our shipping team.
What to Screenshot
We just need to see that the payment has been sent. Your screenshot should show:
For bank transfers: A screenshot from your banking app showing the payment as sent or completed. We need to see the amount and that it's gone through.
For crypto payments: A screenshot showing the completed transaction from your wallet or exchange app. We need to see it's been sent and confirmed.
Don't worry about it being perfect. As long as we can see the payment has left your account, that's all we need.
Why We Need This
Bank transfers and crypto payments don't show up instantly on our end. Your screenshot lets us confirm your payment straight away without waiting for it to clear, so we can get your order to the shipping team faster.
Without a screenshot, we can't process your order. If we don't receive payment confirmation, your order will stay on hold until we can verify the payment manually, which can take much longer.
