Nearly every question we get about discounts is the same one: “why won’t my code apply to this?” Here is the short answer, then the detail.
The short answer
A discount code will not come off anything that is already discounted. That means multi-buy prices and bundle offers.
Your code still works on everything else in your basket. It is not being rejected, it is just skipping the items that already have a deal on them.
Want a discount on absolutely everything? Pay with crypto. It takes 10% off your whole order, including items that are already reduced.

One per order
Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes do not come off multi-buy or bundle items, but they do apply to the rest of your basket.
Free shipping codes and free product codes do not count towards your one code.
Referral links
10% off
Shop through a friend’s referral link and you get 10% off your basket, not counting multi-buy items. It counts as your one discount, so it cannot be combined with a discount code.
Free product prizes
Always work
Won a free vial? That code always applies to full price items, and it does not use up your one discount code.
Store credit
Your balance
Store credit is your own money, so it comes off any order. It is not a discount and never conflicts with one.

Common questions
My code applied but the total barely moved. Why?
Your basket probably has a mix of discounted and full price items. The code only came off the full price ones. That is working as intended, not a fault.
Can I use two codes?
No, one discount code per order. If you add a second, the first is removed. Free shipping and free product codes are the exception and can be used alongside your one code.
My code was rejected completely. Why?
Scratch card and prize codes work like any other code: they skip items that already have a multi-buy or bundle price and come off the rest of your basket. If a code is rejected outright, check that it has not expired and that your basket meets its minimum spend.
Why is the multi-buy price not showing?
It needs 3 or more of the same product, and on sized products 3 or more of the same size. The product page shows the price per unit for each quantity, and your basket shows the reduced price on the line.
Do I get free shipping?
Yes, on orders over £200 after any discounts have come off. The minimum order value is £50.
