Your play credit for the games, the daily scratch, boxes and the Points Shop. Win, and it comes back as VIP Points. Out of App Credits? Your VIP Points can play too.

Your link pays you both.
- Share your code or link from the app. It remembers your mate for 30 days.
- You’re paid when their first order ships. It has to be a genuinely new customer.

When do my points land?
As soon as the shop confirms your payment, which is usually the same day and always within 24 hours. Until then they show as pending in the app.
What do I earn on?
What you actually pay for the products. Not on points you spend, not on shipping. On a multi-buy you earn on up to 3 items. Crypto earns the same rate as bank, on the discounted amount you pay.
Is there a limit on spending points?
No cap. Use as many as you like on any order, shipping included, and they appear as VIP Credit at checkout. The shop’s usual £50 minimum order (£200 international) still applies to the basket.
Do my points expire?
Unused points expire 12 months after your last order or spend. Any order or spend resets the clock, and the app warns you 30 days and 7 days before.
I’ve ordered before. Does that count?
Yes. Confirm your email in the app and your past orders link up, so your lifetime spend sets your tier straight away. Your three most recent past orders also earn points at the base rate.
What happened to discount codes?
They’re gone. The whole shop runs on points now, so the more you order, the more you get back, with no codes to hunt for.
Are the games fair?
Every result is decided by the shop’s server before you see it, and the app can’t change it. Odds are shown under each game, and the winners list only shows real wins by real members.
