• Payment Confirmation – Send a screenshot of your payment via WhatsApp
• Dispatch – Once confirmed, your order is dispatched the next working day

By placing an order, you consent to receiving communications via WhatsApp on the phone number provided.

All prices displayed on the Website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We offer shipping to the UK and internationally:

Orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

• Changes and cancellations can be accommodated before payment confirmation
• Once payment is confirmed and the order is being processed, we may not be able to make changes
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
