How Aromasin Works
Exemestane is a suicidal inhibitor: it binds the aromatase enzyme permanently rather than occupying it temporarily. That enzyme is finished, and the body has to synthesise new ones.
The practical consequence is a smoother exit than anastrozole or letrozole offer.
