How Proviron (Pharma) Works
Mesterolone binds sex hormone binding globulin, which is what holds testosterone in circulation in an unusable bound state. Occupying SHBG leaves a greater share of that testosterone free and active.
So proviron does not add hormone. It makes more of what is already there available, which is why it is run alongside a base rather than on its own.
Proviron vs an Aromatase Inhibitor
