VLS Peptide Pens: What the Range Covers
VLS is the third pen range we stock, and it sits alongside SerenQ rather than competing with it. Both are pre-filled; the range is narrower and the focus is entirely GLP-1.
What the range covers
Two products: the VLS Retatrutide Pen and the VLS Tirzepatide Pen.
That is deliberate rather than limited. VLS makes GLP-1 pens; it does not attempt the repair, GH or cosmetic peptides that SerenQ covers.
Pre-filled, like the rest
The format is the same proposition as any pre-filled pen: no lyophilised powder, no bacteriostatic water, no volume decision, no drawing small amounts by eye into an insulin syringe.
The compound arrives in solution at a fixed concentration and the dial clicks in defined increments. The in-solution clock does not start until first use. See peptide pens vs vials and which format suits you.
The unit trap applies here too
A dial reads in units of volume, not milligrams of compound. A VLS 20mg pen and a 40mg pen do not deliver the same amount at the same dial number, and neither matches a SerenQ pen at that number.
Work out the per-unit figure once, for the specific pen in front of you, and write it down. How to read a peptide pen dial and how many doses are in a pen cover the arithmetic.
Which compound
Tirzepatide is the dual agonist, GLP-1 and GIP. Retatrutide adds glucagon receptor agonism on top, which brings energy expenditure into the picture rather than only appetite.
Tirzepatide has the more extensive research record; retatrutide is the newer and more aggressive mechanism. See tirzepatide vs retatrutide and the three generations compared.
Handling
Identical to any other pen. Fresh tip every time, prime until you see a droplet, refrigerate between uses, and never let one freeze, a thawed pen frequently looks perfectly normal. See priming a peptide pen and cold chain and warm delivery.
Where it fits
If you want a GLP-1 in pen form, VLS and SerenQ both deliver that. If you want the wider peptide range in the same format, SerenQ is the broader catalogue. See VLS vs SerenQ compared.
