Halotestin (Fluoxymesterone): Strength, Not Size

Halotestin does one thing extremely well and almost nothing else. Fluoxymesterone is a strength and aggression compound with a liver profile that keeps it firmly in specialist use.

What it is

Halotestin is fluoxymesterone, a 17-alpha-alkylated oral derived from testosterone. It is extremely androgenic and produces very little tissue.

What it actually does

Strength, and a marked shift in aggression and drive. Users report both within days rather than weeks.

What it does not do is add size. There is essentially no water retention and minimal anabolic contribution, so the scale barely moves. That is why it appears almost exclusively before a competition or a maximal attempt rather than in a normal training block.

The liver problem

Halotestin is among the most hepatotoxic compounds in circulation, worse than superdrol, which is saying something.

This is the reason it stays a short-run, narrow-purpose compound. Extended use is not a matter of tolerating side effects; it is a genuine risk of liver injury.

The aggression is not a bonus

The mood effect gets talked about as an advantage, and for a single maximal effort it can be. In ordinary life it is a liability, and users frequently describe irritability that affects people around them rather than just their training.

Anyone with a history of mood instability should treat this as a reason to avoid the compound entirely.

Lipids and blood pressure

Severe on cholesterol, and raised blood pressure is common. Neither produces symptoms you can rely on, so bloodwork is the only way to know. See orals vs injectables.

Where it fits

Immediately before a competition or maximal attempt, over a very short run, in an experienced user with a testosterone base and monitoring in place. There is no sensible general-purpose use for it.
