Serialised & QR Verified

GHRP-6 is a synthetic hexapeptide and the compound that established the growth hormone releasing peptide class. Like GHRP-2 it is an agonist at the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a, triggering growth hormone release from the pituitary while simultaneously suppressing somatostatin, the hormone that normally holds GH output in check.
Its defining characteristic is appetite. Because ghrelin is the body’s hunger signal, agonism at its receptor produces a pronounced increase in appetite that arrives quickly and is difficult to ignore. In the literature this is the single most reported effect, more consistently than the GH release itself, and it is the reason GHRP-6 is discussed in the context of gaining rather than cutting.
It is less potent than GHRP-2 for GH release. Where GHRP-2 was developed to strip out the appetite effect and keep the hormone response, GHRP-6 retains both, which makes the choice between them less about strength and more about whether the hunger is wanted.
The pen format
GHRP-6 is a compound where the appetite response scales with the dose, which makes fine control genuinely useful rather than a nicety. The dial moves in 20mcg steps.

Handling and storage
- Store refrigerated at 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze

Choosing between GHRP-6, GHRP-2 and Ipamorelin
The honest summary is that appetite decides this one. GHRP-6 produces the strongest hunger response of the three by a wide margin. If the research interest involves driving intake, that is the feature. If it does not, it is the reason most people move to GHRP-2, which releases more growth hormone with far less of it.
Ipamorelin sits at the other end: the cleanest receptor profile, essentially no appetite effect and minimal cortisol or prolactin activity, but the mildest GH release. Across the three, selectivity and potency trade against each other in a fairly linear way.

However, I feel the injection button mechanism could be improved, as it feels slightly flimsy when pressing down to release the solution. The dial/turning function also feels like it could be made more durable and sturdy. It would be great to see more needle heads included as standard, or alternatively have the option to purchase additional needles directly through your website for convenience. Overall, a good product with some small areas that could be improved to enhance the user experience.
